Data Deletion

In order to delete your account and any personal data that you shared with Yoshi, Inc please follow the following steps:

1. Log into your account in the Yoshi mobile app.
2. Go the “Profile” tab and tap into the “Legal” page
3. Open the “Delete Account” option
4. You will be shown confirmation dialog. Choose the “Delete My Account” option to continue.
5. This will open a prefilled email for you to send to our account deletion team. Please send this message from the same email account as your Yoshi account to confirm your identity.
6. After receiving your request, our account deletion team will process your request within 3 business days.
